Telangana govt to move supreme court against HC order on SCCL jobs

Hyderabad: The Telangana state authorities will transfer the Supreme Courtroom in opposition to the Excessive Courtroom orders dismissing the “Voluntary Retirement Scheme on Health Reasons” launched by the Singareni Collieries Firm Ltd. to fill a whole bunch of posts with wards of its present workers.

Chief Minister Ok. Chandrasekhar Rao, who reviewed the HC judgement with officers on Thursday at his camp workplace, directed them to interact the providers of senior attorneys to combat the case in Supreme Courtroom.

The TRS authorities took the choice to present dependent jobs to wards of present staff in SCCL. Accordingly, a notification was issued inviting functions for jobs.

The HC on Thursday dismissed the notification. The Chief Minister stated that it was determined to present dependent jobs to the households holding in view the arduous work and difficulties the employees and workers undergo.

He stated it was a step geared toward serving to the members of the family of the employees however some vested pursuits had approached the HC with malicious intentions. Mr Rao requested officers to depute a crew of senior authorized counsels who concentrate on labour legal guidelines to argue the case within the Supreme Courtroom.
